Thanks to our membership of the SwissFactory Group, we are the only 3D metal printer in Switzerland able to offer a wide range of post-processing, integration, technology and assembly services. These range from Trowalising and 3D laser welding to the final assembly of sub-assemblies or complete product solutions.
Materials
Aluminium (AlSi10Mg)
Aluminium AlSi10Mg is an aluminium alloy that is frequently used in 3D printing (particularly laser melting / SLM) and in the foundry sector. It belongs to the group of aluminium-silicon-magnesium alloys and is known for its good combination of mechanical strength, castability and corrosion resistance.
316L stainless steel 1.4404
316L stainless steel is a corrosion-resistant austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel and belongs to the group of stainless steels (V2A/V4A). The ‘L’ stands for ‘low carbon’, meaning it has a low carbon content, which improves weldability and reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion.
Titanium (Ti6Al4V, grade 23)
Titanium (Ti6Al4V Grade 23), also known as Ti64 ELI (Extra Low Interstitials), is a specialised titanium alloy that is often used in medical technology and high-performance applications.
Inconel 718
Inconel 718 is a high-strength, corrosion- and heat-resistant nickel-chromium alloy that is used particularly in the aerospace, energy and chemical industries.
MarM509
MarM509 is a high-temperature-resistant cobalt superalloy that has been specially developed for extreme conditions, such as those found in engines, gas turbines and high-performance components. It combines high strength with excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance, even at very high temperatures (up to approx. 1100 °C).
Tool steel 1.2709
The material 1.2709 (Maragin steel, often referred to as MS1 or 18Ni300) is one of the most commonly used steels in additive manufacturing. Immediately after printing, the material is initially in a comparatively soft state and can therefore be easily machined. Following heat treatment, 1.2709 achieves very high strength and hardness values, whilst retaining good toughness.

Grinding & Electrical Discharge Machining
Cylindrical grinding (external and internal), thread grinding and surface grinding.
Electro-erosion is used to machine conductive materials of any hardness (e.g. steel, titanium and aluminium) with an accuracy of one thousandth of a millimetre, without any mechanical action.
Powder coating, wet painting, special finishes
Latest-generation Gema powder coating booth with 10 individually movable spray guns, including chemical pre-treatment and curing, as well as a robotic system for pre-powder coating. / Maximum part dimensions: 3.2 m x 0.8 m x 1.6 m & capacity: up to 96 m² per hour
